Bookings & Payments

All public workshop tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Ticket prices include all materials and activities advertised in the event description.

Any additional extras, such as complimentary drinks or refreshments, will be specified in the individual event listing.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change! However, as a small business, we purchase materials, prepare activities and reserve places in advance for each workshop.

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not normally eligible for a full refund, as materials may already have been purchased and preparations made.

Any amount retained will reflect reasonable losses incurred, taking into account any costs saved or recovered, including where a place can be resold.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else for the same event. Please contact us beforehand so we can update the booking details.

Transfers to alternative workshop dates may be considered subject to availability but cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations by Paint and Pompom

Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may mean we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop.

If Paint and Pompom cancels your event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled event. We will always aim to provide as much notice as possible.

Private Events & Group Bookings

Private events, including hen parties, birthdays, corporate workshops and group celebrations, are arranged individually.

Deposits, payment deadlines, guest numbers and event requirements will be agreed and confirmed before booking.

Changes to guest numbers or event details are subject to availability and may affect the final price.

If you need to cancel or postpone a private event, please contact us as soon as possible.

Any cancellation charges or retained deposits will reflect reasonable losses incurred, taking into account costs saved and opportunities to rebook the date.

Specific booking arrangements may be agreed in writing for individual private events.

Workshop Materials

All materials required for your chosen activity will be provided unless otherwise stated.

As our workshops are creative experiences, finished pieces will naturally vary from the examples shown in our photographs and promotional materials.

Occasionally, colours, decorations or materials may be substituted depending on availability, without significantly changing the advertised activity.

Event Attendance & Safety

Please arrive at the advertised start time wherever possible.

All participants are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions and respect other guests and venue staff.

Children must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult unless the event is specifically advertised as a supervised children’s activity.

Where alcohol is available, the venue’s licensing conditions and age restrictions will apply.

Photography & Social Media

We love sharing the wonderful creations and atmosphere of our workshops!

Photographs and videos may be taken during events for use on our website and social media.

If you would prefer not to appear in promotional photographs or videos, please let us know. We will respect your wishes.

We will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable photographs of children for promotional purposes.

At-Home Craft Kits

For physical craft kits purchased online, customers generally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order.

Please contact us within this period if you wish to cancel. Products should then be returned within a further 14 days.

Return postage costs may be the customer’s responsibility where this has been communicated before purchase. Any refund will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Certain personalised or custom-made products may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please get in touch so we can resolve the issue.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Tickets for leisure activities taking place on a specific date are generally exempt from the standard 14-day online cooling-off period.

These terms apply to future bookings made after their publication and may be updated from time to time.
